The players who make it to the next level aren't just more talented. They've done the inside work. They know who they are when the game stops going their way — and that foundation is what separates them.

I spent 10 years pitching in professional baseball — 9 of them with the Washington Nationals. I chased validation through results. Tied my worth to my stats. Built my identity on my performance.
Then everything I thought defined me got stripped away. Cancer. Uncertainty. The hardest season of my life. And in the middle of it, I found something that could actually hold me — not a stat line, not a career. My identity in who God called me to be. That changed everything.
Today I also serve as an Associate Campus Pastor — sitting with people through grief, identity, and the hardest seasons of their lives. That depth is what I bring to every coaching relationship. Not just athletic experience. Both.
Three pillars working together to create a more confident, prepared, and consistent athlete.
"Coach Ronald helped my son become more confident at the plate and more prepared before every game. It wasn't just baseball instruction — it changed the way he carries himself."
"The biggest difference was mindset. He stopped falling apart after mistakes and started playing with real confidence. That shift alone was worth every dollar we invested."
"You can tell right away Ronald has played at a high level. What stood out most was how much he cared about developing my son as a person — not just a player."
Every program starts with the intake profile. From there, coaching is built entirely around the athlete — their story, their strengths, their growth areas.
Best for athletes who need stronger mindset, habits, and structure heading into or during the season.
Best for athletes serious about long-term growth. Deeper identity work, longer system build, built to last.
Take away the title, the stats, the scoreboard. Who's left? That's where the real work begins.
